Commonly used corrugated boxes are: three-layer, five-layer, and seven-layer (the seven-layer corrugated box is about 8-10mm thick and has good strength, but due to its high cost, it is rarely used in the market at present).Corrugated paper is composed of lining paper, core paper, and face paper.The lining paper and face paper are made of kraft paper and cardboard, and the core paper is made of corrugated paper with good seismic and compression resistance,which has good seismic buffering mechanical properties.

Please note: Compared with traditional wooden boxes, the buffering performance of corrugated boxes is 2-8 times higher than that of wooden boxes, but the weight is 55-65% lighter than that of wooden boxes.If sent by express or freight,its shippment cost is lower than that of wooden boxes.

K paper = 250g/m2
A paper = 175g/m2
B paper = 125g/m2
C paper = 127g/m2
W paper = 180g/m2
KW paper = 140g/m2

Three-layer corrugated paper box, also known as single-corrugated paper box, has a total thickness of about 3mm, and five-layer corrugated paper box, also known as double-corrugated paper box, has a total thickness of about 6mm

B corrugated paper = 2.5~3mm
C corrugated paper = 3.5~4mm
E corrugated paper = 1.5mm
BC corrugated paper = 6mm
EB corrugated paper = 4mm

The height of the corrugated paper of E corrugated paper is about 1.7mm
The height of the corrugated paper of B corrugated paper is about 3.5mm
Core paper: basic 100g/m2 large machine 105-110g/m2
Reinforced core paper: + paper 115g/m2
